The following Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Committees work together for the purpose of increasing Member value and advancing Chamber initiatives.
Technology
Members of the Technology Committee help increase value for members by working with the Chamber to implement advances in web technology, database management, and electronic communications to members.
Business Resources
This committee is charged with setting up relationships with S.C.O.R.E., researching and implementing the Small Business Development Center, planning educational classes for members, and making various business resources available to members.
Legislative Advocacy
This committee works with the City on issues that are pending legislation, serves as the liaison to the City on behalf of members, and helps develop the agricultural and tourism industries for the area.
Ambassador Liaison
Ambassadors serve as the voice for information to the Chamber officers and staff, helping the chamber to gain a better understanding of its members' needs and how best to meet those needs. Ambassadors encourage member retention and spearhead recruiting efforts, as well as active support of Chamber programs.
Community
Members of the Community committee help plan Chamber events, welcoming back members of the armed forces, and promoting cultural events for the members and the community.
Member Services
This committee works with members to provide discounts to the rest of the membership, as well as promoting the many Chamber benefits to all members.
Marketing
The Marketing Committee is responsible for promoting the Chamber and its activities to the community, to increase visibility to member businesses, and helping to revitalize our historic Downtown area.
