Throughout the year the Brentwood Chamber is involved in planning and organizing activities for the residents of Brentwood to enjoy. 

January
Chamber of Commerce Installation Dinner
This annual installation dinner honors outgoing and incoming Board members.  Awards will also be given for corporation of the year, small business of the year, entrepreneur of the year, business person of the year and non-profit organization of the year. (Chamber office needs to check these awards)

March
Citizen of the Year Celebration Dinner
The Citizen of the Year is nominated by the community at large.  This person does not have to be a Chamber member.  The qualifications for this recognition are simply what a person has done in the community for the good of the community.

April
Farmer's Market
Historic Downtown Brentwood, 1st Street - Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. April through September.  Since Brentwood is known for its produce, this is one place you don't want to miss.

June
Starry Nights at City Park
The City of Brentwood Parks & Recreation Department along with sponsorship by the Chamber brings music to the City Park starting in June and extending through the middle of September each year.

July
CornFest
The second weekend in July, the Chamber along with many volunteers and non-profit groups in the City celebrate our agriculture heritage in a three-day weekend of fun, food and entertainment.  To many of the non-profit groups this is the largest fundraiser of the year.

Annual Golf Tournament

Celebration of Halloween
Portions of Oak & First Streets are closed to all traffic.  Local businesses have booths and there is the "big pumpkin" for children.  It is a totally safe environment for the youngsters & they all go home with lots of candy!

November
Taste of Brentwood
A restaurant tour of 8-10 restaurants in the City.  This event is held on the first Saturday of November, and right from the first one, it has been a sell out event.  Absolutely nobody goes home hungry.

Holiday Parade
The Chamber's final event of the year is the Holiday Parade.  Many of the local merchants and organizations participate and Santa comes to town.
