Friday night Yoga Party with Steph!
Come as you are to the Crystal Bowl on Friday night, September 20th, and kick off your weekend with a lively and fun Yoga practice. During this Yoga Party you’ll be encouraged to find your joy, and explore the fun in your practice. As we flow through the practice, you’ll have opportunities to lose yourself in the music and the movement.
Music will include some old school party jams that create a fun, stress-free vibe. We’ll move through a juicy Vinyasa flow and finish it off with an extended relaxation/Savasana.
You might sweat, you might dance, you might laugh! Come as you are and join us! All levels, all shapes, all sizes welcome.
Bring a mat, bring some water, and we’ll see you at the party!
