Sound is an ancient and universal form of healing used in many cultures and spiritual traditions around the world. Tibetan singing bowl therapy is a form of healing which uses the powerful sound waves of tibetan singing bowls. These vibrations are one of the purest sounds known and they resonate in our physical body with the effect of (a) detoxifying the body from the disharmonious effects of the urban environment, (b) re-harmonizing the frequencies within the physical and emotional body, (c) cleansing and balancing the chakras, and (d) inducing profound relaxation by changing brain-wave states.
