HOLIDAY HELLp!!!

For some, come September, the thoughts of Sugar Plum Fairies, family gatherings, a festively decorated home, and children excited for winter celebrations filled with toys and sweet treats are eagerly awaited.  

And then... December arrives and the Sugar Plum Fairy turns into your Aunt who can't wait to critique, the family gathering is a chaotic navigation system of who can do what when, and it seems like the holiday decor, gifts, and sweet treats are becoming a tower of terror - maybe you think, shout, or pout... When will the holiday season be OVER??!!!

Good News:  You are not alone!  In an article in The Very Well Mind, three out of four people have concerns about the holidays!  

Better News:  A Gallup Study using their Mood Index showed that the happiest days of the holiday season are Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
